Here Comes Summer

Getting towards the end of Feb. and a lot of us have those "wish winter was over" Blahs. It might be a tad early to be thinking summer here but dad nab it, it's K-Tel Friday and I found a near mint copy of Here Comes Summer released by K-Tel in 1977. As we all know quality K-Tels are hard to find and this one was great. When you listen to it keep in mind that I didn't have to do anything to this album besides rip it. Nearly every song has the word summer in it and it also includes what I personally think is the best summer song ever. Summer by War. The Beach Boys are noticeably absent from this collection although a couple of their songs are here performed by different artists. Hope y'all enjoy this fine collection!
